Almost no one talks about grief. When someone we love dies, when a marriage ends, when a child moves away, when we lose a job, something begins. The danger is getting stuck there, believing that if the pain ever fades we have stopped loving the one we lost.

But there is another way. We can remember with love instead of pain. We can forgive. We can give thanks for the good that was real.

Brother Pablo speaks gently about the grief no one explains, and offers tools to walk through it. The Word of God. Prayer. Quiet walks. Letting go. Crying is good. Sadness is holy. Feel it all. Just do not stay there forever. God is with you, and He is here to heal.
