A prayer to have restful sleep.

A prayer to be opened. We come into God's eternal present and ask for one thing. That His grace would be enough for us today. Effatha means "be opened." It is the word Jesus spoke to heal. Pray it slowly. Let it work in you. Then rest in the prayer He taught us, the Our Father, the words that have carried His children for two thousand years. Wherever you are, whatever you carry, He is here. He is listening.
